Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed terms via RazorPay or other methods outlined in the invoice. Failure to pay may result in delays or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All creative work delivered remains the property of U1R until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.

Liability

U1R is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
