Cancellations & Refund Policies

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel service agreements by providing written notice to connect@u1r.in.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
• For prepaid projects, refunds for unutilized services will be processed on a pro-rata basis.
• Payments made via RazorPay are subject to their refund processing terms.

Disputes

In case of disputes, please contact us at connect@u1r.in, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
