Social Media Executive and Content Creator (Junior/Fresher Level)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating monthly content calendars, engaging with clients, visiting client sites to collect content periodically, liaising with design and other digital asset team members, and managing online reputation management (ORM).

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
Engage with clients to understand their brand and gather content requirements.
Visit client sites to collect content and create engaging social media posts.
Collaborate with design and digital asset team members to create visual content.
Manage online reputation management (ORM) for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry and social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent (written & verbal) communication skills with a crisp and fluent command of English.
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Ability to research and stay up-to-date with industry and social media trends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Additional Information:

This is a junior/fresher level position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.
This role will require occasional travel to client sites (within Mumbai).
The candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients and representing the agency professionally.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and software is a plus.
